java -jar target/latticy-0.2.0-RC2.jar 启动报错：

该问题主要出现在 windows 操作系统用户 使用java -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 -jar target/latticy-0.2.0-RC2.jar命令可以正常启动，要不要在文档中加入说明？
