Ribbon icon for Custom variables view

Just an easier way to open the Custom variables view. Previously, it could only be opened up from the settings. Now there will be an icon in the left side bar in Obsidian. The icon can be removed from Obidian's own settings, if needed (Appearance -> Ribbon menu -> Manage).
