Select menu scrolling acts incorrectly.

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

If you're on mobile, the demo select component is covered by the header which makes it impossible to select the first element if it has by covered. Not sure how to explain it. I will attach a video.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
