ipfs backend?

I would love to see monod documents to be saved in ipfs. https://github.com/ipfs/js-ipfs-api or https://github.com/ipfs/js-ipfs as an optional dependency would be neat. I made this ticket to keep track of my intention for trying to make it happen.
