log/report commands fitlering using regular expression matching

I'd like to do sth like this:

watson log -T 'adm.*'

Which would log all tags beginning with adm. I have no opinion about the best regex syntax here, since the project is python I assume python regular expression are the natural fit. Ideally, it would be great to also implement this for projects.
