Progress bar out of sync once clicked

This issue may be related to this one: #753

When I let a song play without touching the progress bar, the play time is correct. Once I click somewhere in the progress bar to go to a specific time of the song, the bar goes out of sync. As a result, if I use the progress bar to navigate a song, at the end the song would stop early and jump to the next song before it actually ends.

I cant seem to replicate. Does it do it with every track? Or is there some kind of pattern, like only certain file types?

Yes it does it with every track, although I only discovered it when playing a gapless live album. After using the seekbar to seek inside the track, the track would cut off about one second early and the music wouldn't be continuous. If I don't use the seekbar then it's perfectly gapless. My files are FLACs. I haven't tested it with other file types.

Having the same issue running TMB 7.5.0 with Jellyfin playing MP3s. For me it cuts off about 2 seconds early which is quite noticeable even outside of gapless albums.

Running these on Windows 10 64 bit.
