New user feedback
Interesting app. I wanted to provide you with some feedback from a new user who had to learn your app.

Launching the app for the first time, with an empty library, was a bit confusing. I wasn't sure where to go or what to do from there. Maybe scan the Music folder and display that as default?

The app uses non-standard icons, which forces the user to re-learn everything. Specifically for Shuffle or Repeat, there are well known iconography that you could use. Suggestion: Make use of https://www.flaticon.com.

In the Menu, in the section with the Layout buttons, these icons are also meaningless to new users. I had to rely on mouse-over tooltips to understand what they were for. My recommendation would be to add a text label next to each of them. And then possibly move them inside the main Menu.
I hope this is useful. If you want to learn more about iconography and new user experience, I recommend you read a bit about the concept of "recall vs recognition" in UX research :)
