wallapaper change triggers

New app function and whole dedicated section for it in settings; Triggers:

• based on timeinterval (in hours but can also be daily or weekly schedule),
• timeframe,
• sunset/sunrise.
• battery level or status
• weather condition
• location
• wifi connected (better for battery than location)
• dark or light mode in the whole device.
• custom via 3rd party scripting :)

A similar Wallpaper Cycling feature already exists in the application. Currently, it only has a time interval mode.

I am not planning to implement many of the features you mentioned now or in the near future. I will mark this issue as wontfix for now, but it will remain open.
