[Suggestion] Disable elemental burst cutscenes (5-star characters and Barbara)

This is a simple feature but it helps me a lot in combat for example: seeing the huge amount of damage after using Zhongli's Elemental Burst, controlling AoE, etc...

Sometimes I can also do that with the object in front and near me, but I want it to happen all the time. Because the Elemental Burst cutscene cast animation annoys me quite a bit and the developer hasn't added this option to the settings yet.

because it's just a visual feature like no fog. I think it's useful.

actually it might be useful for some chars that move your camera and things like that, it mess up when you use no clip to fly and things like that so it's a good idea to be able to make 5stars (+ our idol) use 4 star type burst
