Mastodon 4.3 requires postgresql 15 which is not available on YunoHost 11. We will have to wait for YunoHost 12 and Debian Bookworm. I'll release security update 4.2.13 shortly.

Can you try to install it directly from Nextcloud Apps ? Looks like nodejs is required only for manual install.
