[Bug]: doesn't refresh all or delete Unlinked entries

I updated to the latest from source code version and now i can't do the things stated in the title.

Expected Behavior

should work

Steps to Reproduce

1 upgrade from a lower version to 9.3.2 and then try fix unlinked entries 2 delete Unlinked entries stuck no progress

Adding on this just for the record, this is what it looks like on 9.3.2 on linux mint after deleting folders. This is post refresh and close/reopen library.

(I do have the photos still there showing up as normal, I just deleted quite a few images!)

@Ekirou After looking a bit into that, I found there is an option in Tools > Fix Unlinked entries. Not very intuitive (Maybe directly on a refresh would be better? That's a conversation for another thread perhaps). Worked for me at least, give it a try!
