[Feature Request] Support of "Tag" icon/image

Version: v9.2+ Feature Request: Tag to support to have icon, image or emoji instead of (just) color.

User Case: Sometime image is more valuable and visually faster. For example, I can add an :animal: emoji/icon/image to the tag and can instantly see all animal related tag than reading, Animal>Cat, Dog, Rabbit, etc

Potentially Issue: Might reduce speed of loading, lag, etc

Further Enhancement: Support of varies type file option, for example: .svg, .ico, Unicode (text).

Market Availability: I think only DigiKam currently support image tag icon if I remember correctly. But it only support standard image such as jpg/png.
