[BUG] Image Thumbnails Don't Load Occasionally

Issue

• When loading a page of images, images at the top of the grid view sometimes don't load thumbnails properly. The image preview in the panel pane loads fine for the image, however the grid thumbnails never load and don't update unless you reload the page by going to the next page then going back to the prior page.

• Reloading the page sometimes fixes the problem, but other times it persists even after reloading the page repeatedly.

• The images that don't load are always grouped at the top of the page, and vary in number. I've had it be as few as 3, and as many as half of the visible page of images not loading.

Expected Behavior

• All thumbnail images loading properly.

Suggestion

• Depending on whether it's easy to fix or not, adding a refresh button might be helpful.

After some paging around, I can say it does indeed still happen, sometimes every other page, sometimes every few pages. It seems to only happen with the first image on a page now though, so it's not like last time, where it was affecting a dozen images at once. It still previews on the right, but it doesn't load the thumbnail in the library section.

Changing the thumbnail size refreshes it and it loads the thumbnail properly. The issue is present no matter what the thumbnail size is though.
