[Feature Request]: Reverse search images to pull tags from boorus

Description

I think it would be very useful if we could do some kind of reverse search of an image to check if it exists on some internet boorus (similarly to how SauceNAO does it) and if it does, then it would pull all the tags for that image into TagStudio.

this might be better as a plugin in the future, but either way if someone wants to implement this check out dessant/search-by-image, that project has already figured out the APIs for various reverse image search engines
