[Feature Request]: Ability to modify built-in tag colors and tag color namespaces

Description

Currently, it's impossible to edit the built-in tag colors and tag color namespaces. This is an issue if anyone would want to:

• Edit the names of the built-in tag colors or tag color namespaces
• Edit the colors of the built-in tag colors
• Delete the built-in tag colors or tag color namespaces

Solution

Allow the user to edit the built-in tag colors and tag color namespaces as is possible with user-defined colors.

In the case that the user deletes the built-in tag colors/tag color namespaces, the option should be added to re-import the built-in tag colors as if they were a tag color pack (#862).

Alternatives

I imagine it is possible to edit them by directly modifying the database file, but this obviously isn't something a normal user should be expected to do.
