[Feature Request]: Tag menu remaining in place when closed

Description

Hello, back around 9.4.0 version of the app, the tag menu would remain in the last place you scrolled too rather than jumping back to the beginning when it was closed and reopened, For me this made tagging larger folder much easier since I could deal with a section at a time rather having to scroll through the whole list each time.

Don't know if was an intentional feature or a bug but I would love it to return.
