Saving a Calculation Group with a description to TMDL prevents TE3 from opening next time

Describe the issue If you save a calculation group with a description and the model is saved to TMDL, TE3 cannot deserialize the TMDL next time you open the model.

** Which version are you currently using? ** Tabular Editor 3, version: 3.8.0.18402 Tabular Editor 3 edition: Business

To Reproduce Save a calculation group with a description to TMDL, close TE3 and reopen the model.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Save a calculation group with a description to TMDL
2. Close TE3
3. Open the model you just saved

@nhan-deltafact I just tested that with my own model and it worked fine end-to-end. Could you please provide some more details so we can give a better response?
