Deploying a model excluding roles, including members error

Describe the bug An error is received when trying to deploy a model while roles have been deselected from the deployment but role members are passively selected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure the model has roles and role members
2. Deploy the model, unchecking roles but leaving role members checked.
3. See error

Expected behavior If roles are deselected I think role members should be automatically deselected (within the deploy window).
