Can't "navigate" or quit with keyboard during disruptive "can't connect" modal.

1. Which driver are you using and version of it (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): Irrelevant, but Postgres 14.x

2. Which TablePlus build number are you using (the number on the welcome screen, Ex: build 81): 4.8.2 (436)

3. The steps to reproduce this issue:

• Lose connection to database
• Notice modal (see attached image)
• Required to use mouse to interact

Please adjust so that we can CMD+Q or at the very least ESC to dismiss the dialog. Could possibly serve to close https://github.com/TablePlus/TablePlus/issues/2245 as well
