[Feature Request] Add an option to move connections when a new connections location is chosen

I filed #2783 thinking that locations weren't working for connections, because I was expecting TablePlus to move my existing connections to the directory I had chosen in the Locations tab in settings. I'm requesting that this be made an option - upon choosing a new location for connections, it should be possible to have TablePlus move all the existing connections to the chosen location.
