Driver Error

I'm running 6.5.8 (318) on Windows 11 Pro and when I attempt to connect to a PostgreSQL server on Alma Linux 9.6 [PostgreSQL 15.13 on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, compiled by gcc (GCC) 11.5.0 20240719 (Red Hat 11.5.0-5), 64-bit] returns "Driver Error unknow error."

I have a profile for another older install of Postgres that it connects to flawlessly. I copied that and changed the hostname and receive the same error as above.
