"LIKE" Missing From SQL Server Find

Which driver are you using and version of it (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): Microsoft SQL Server 2014

Which TablePlus build number are you using (the number on the welcome screen, Ex: build 81): 310

The steps to reproduce this issue: What happened to "LIKE"? Its still there in MySQL. (and are we ever going to get "NOT LIKE"? - that has been a glaring mission since the beginning.) Image
