Feature: Add Scrollbar to Table Row Details View in TablePlus

When viewing the details of a table row in TablePlus, all fields and their values are displayed on the sidebar. Currently, scrolling through these fields is only possible using the mouse wheel, as there is no vertical scrollbar available. Adding a vertical scrollbar to this view would allow users to easily scroll through the fields, especially in situations where a mouse wheel is unavailable or inconvenient.

Benefits:

• Improved Accessibility: Enables users without a mouse wheel or with physical limitations to easily navigate through the fields.
• Enhanced User Experience: Providing a scrollbar offers an intuitive and standard method for scrolling, aligning with modern user interface practices.
• Increased Flexibility: Allows users to choose between using the mouse wheel or the scrollbar, based on personal preference.

Implementation Suggestion:

Introduce a vertical scrollbar to the row details view that appears when the content exceeds the available display height. The scrollbar should be draggable with the mouse and enable smooth content scrolling.
