German keyboard layout: can't type "}" without closing sidebar

If I use the character “}” I have to press right alt + 0 on the german keyboard. However, this leads to the left sidebar being closed, as this overlaps with an existing shortcut.

It would be great to have a keyboard mapping under Windows to be able to change such shortcuts.
