Suggestion: Format JSON field in the side panel view of a record.

It would be much easier to read large medum and large JSON fields if the view in the side panel could be formatted, allowing us to scroll through it and see large and nested objects more easily.

The box size might either have a max size before it just starts scrolling, or if there aren't enough fields in a table to fill the sizebar, use more logic to determine the sizes before scrolling depending on how much available space there is, the size of the formatted JSON itself, and how many JSON fields are in the table.

For example, this would be much easier and nicer to read if it was formatted and could be scrolled.

+1 DataGrip does this when you click the field you can choose value editor to open a panel with formatted json. Super handy. Would be great to have json columns formatted by default or at least some kind of toggle to do this.
