Default DB setting not honored in new connection

  1. Database version (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): mariadb 10.0.24

  2. TablePlus version (the number on the welcome or about screen, Ex: build 81): build 54

  3. Linux distro (Ex: Ubuntu 18.04): ubuntu 20.04

  4. The steps to reproduce this issue:

  • add a new db connection.
  • set a default database
  • connect to the db. the database defaults to information_schema instead of the specified db
