Cannot run TablePlus on Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia (based on Ubuntu 16.04)

I installed TablePlus from the instructions on the webpage.

I cannot start it from the start menu I get the following error when I attempt to open it from the command line, .

Any pointers?

I'd check your GLIBC version, mine (on Mint 19.3) is

ldd --version
ldd (Ubuntu GLIBC 2.27-3ubuntu1) 2.27

GLIBC_2.25 not found (required by /usr/local/bin/tableplus)
