Archlinux install workaround

Less an issue, more just breakcrumbs for those who love this tool. There's a patch in the archlinux AUR by loopsmark that gets a reasonably recent version installed from the debian repos. Just know you also need to add /opt/tableplus/lib to a link config file /etc/ld.so.conf.d/tableplus.conf ; I documented it here as well.
