Search feature is broken

Please answer the questions below, it helps us to track the issue.

1. Database version (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): MySQL 5.6 / MySQL 8.0 / PostgreSQL 13

2. TablePlus version (the number on the welcome or about screen, Ex: build 81): 178

3. Linux distro (Ex: Ubuntu 18.04): elementary OS 6.1

4. The steps to reproduce this issue:

Lately I'm having issues searching on an exact value, like an id for example. Nothing happens if I click apply here (the record does exist):

While searching on string values, I'm getting an error:

This is happening for more than a month now and it used to work fine.

Same issue here, switching the operator fixes the issue.

This is for any type of DB by the way. MySQL, Postgres, ... doesn't matter. Sometimes there is no popup at all, it just doesn't work.
