Start/Stop confusing UI

Buttons with icons are meant to make the button easier to identify.

Start with red, and Stop with green seems confusing.

The circle color seems to reflect the DB status, in this case it probably shouldn't be part of the button.

Clickable colors can work by themselves, but the combining it with the text seems off.

I agree with the author, the color on the button is a bit confusing.

One other option... put the green and red dot to the left of the Database/Service name, not on the button.

The button would remain the same without the dot.
