Can I only a button to hide icon from dock and just show in menu bar?

No an issue, more of a feature request. I use app like aldente in my mac that allows me to show or hide dock icon. DBngin already has similar button to show or hide menu bar. Need something similar for dock icon

Would be really great to have it. Otherwise it's in both dock and menu bar now, which is kinda odd.

Edit: Actually this is already working fine, you just need to enable these 2 options and then restart the system. (i had to restart 2 times)
