DBngin does not refresh services list in other window

Please fill out the detail below, it helps me investigate the bug:

  1. Driver (Ex: PostgreSQL 10.0): mysql

  2. DBngin build number: 6.6 (66)

  3. macOS version: 13.5

  4. The steps to reproduce this issue: open dbngin main window OR popup from menu bar start a mysql instance now open popup from menu bar (or open window, this "works" vice versa) start the same mysql instance (it is NOT shown as started)

result is a "port in use" error because the mutual other window is not refreshed.

workaround: manual refresh
