Log chat requests in the activity view

Please describe the feature you want

It's very convenient to be able to debug / inspect completion requests in the activity view (http://127.0.0.1:8080/activities for a local instance).

However, chat requests are currently not logged. It would be nice if they would also be added to that list.

Hello @wvdschel, thank you for your suggestion. Tabby now features a chat history view to display past conversations. Does this address your issue?

Given that chat messages can be quite lengthy, storing each one in the activity view could be more expensive.
