VSCode extension doesn't work with custom port

Describe the bug When running Tabby on a custom port, updating the address in VS Code settings doesn't take effect. VS Code still attempts to connect to the default port (8080).

Hi @tjodalv,

Could you please provide screenshots of the settings and logs? You can view the logs by opening the VSCode output panel and selecting the Tabby channel.
