[Eclipse] Improve discoverability of keyboard shortcuts in extension

In Eclipse, it would be good to improve the discoverability of Tabby's keyboard shortcuts.

Currently, the available shortcuts are not shown to the user anywhere, and thus discovering them is challenging.

For example, a link to a documentation page could be included in Tabby's extension right-click menu or extension settings, or Tabby could include some kind of user onboarding.

Additional context

Some of the relevant shortcuts:

• Accepting completions (full) --> TAB
• Accepting completions (next line) --> CTRL + TAB
• Accepting completions (next word) --> CTRL + RIGHT ARROW
• Trigger manual completion --> ALT + \
• Cycle through available suggestions --> ALT + ] / ALT + [
