Add `dqy` alternative to `dig`.

As mentioned in https://github.com/TaKO8Ki/awesome-alternatives-in-rust/issues/118, dog is abandoned. Thus @dandyvica created a new tool as an alternative to both dig and dog.

Hi, I'll be happy for that. But for the moment, it seems it's not really used as nobody opened an issue yet. So let's wait, I'm currently working on version 0.2 ;-)
