Language support for the wizard

As an editor, I want to use the wizard with my language settings, so that I better understand what to do.

Acceptance criteria

  • [ ] (Support english)
  • [ ] Support german
  • [ ] Support for france?
  • [ ] Every text is outsourced to a xlf file

... I think this could be a goal for v3 or v4.
