add documentation about the nuxt-typo3-config

We have plugin https://www.npmjs.com/package/nuxt-typo3-config for multiple env configuration. Additionally TYPO3 headless provides endpoint for getting configuration - so Nuxt config may depends on API config response.

We should add documentation for this.
