Create Lecture Button Race Condition (?)

Describe the bug Apparently, the create lecutre button has some weird behaviour

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to create lecture
2. Click on create lecture
3. Click on 0%, because nothing is happening
4. Click on 0%, because nothing is happening
5. 

Expected behavior

• The button with 0% should count up
• The button should be disabled (not clickable)
