Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When uploading a lecture video, display a progress about the background processing (to the course admins).
If applicable, also for live streams if they require background post processing

Describe the solution you'd like Some kind of progress meter. If this is not possible, at least an indicator that processing is running.
