Can't create Ad-Hoc Streams

Describe the bug UI-Only issue: Creation of Ad-Hoc Live stream not (really) possible due to UI bug

Also, there is no option to enter a Start time...

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Administration > New Lecture: Livestream > Ad-Hoc
2. Fill out the form, don't fill End
3. Create Lecture-Button is and stays disabled

Expected behavior Create Lecture-Button should become clickable
