Custom Roomfinder maps not merged if the room is in the Roomfinder

Describe the bug Our custom Roomfinder-like maps are only assigned if the room is not in the Roomfinder.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 0201.03.001 (once #293 is merged)
2. Custom site map is not available

Expected behavior Custom maps should be merged in.

Additional context Cause is a continue in processors/maps.py
