Images don't load / Entities not rendering w/ Windows build

I was actually pairing with @WitherMan2 while he was attempting to set this up and we ran into this. I've not seen this before. I was also a little surprised at the age of the build (which is latest, apparently). Could this be corrected by simply pushing out new binaries?
