How can I add a new gamepack to GTKRadiant?

Well, first things first, in cooperation with other two people we've managed to add OpenArena support for the latest GTKRadiant. We've even recreated the required folder structure in the GPL'd OA gamepack repo.

However, no matter which part of the code I modify, when compiling, the makefile doesn't recognize the repo and download the files from it.

Is there anything I need to do in order to get the gamepack recognized by the makefile?
