Is it /etc/hosts issue i think i am Not sure how to lay out the domain name

Lets say its app.domain.local and our domain www.test.com how do we write it on /etc/hosts

I think this confuses every1 cuz there r lots of 404 not found errors

when I run the rake service:all[start] I then get the default page where I cannot log in 

18.04 takes to long to install in any case slow

It will build on 14.04 are you trying to build a 64 bit vm on a 32 bit machine? I have done this on 14.04 before
