Featurerequest: Door Stealth / Haste Open

Let players open more quietly and slowly while holding walk. Also let players open doors more loudly and quickly while holding sprint. Based off Stealthy Door Opening but with changes tailored for TTT2.

This would be a nice feature for TTT2, but it shouldn't have convars. Maybe targetID should show an info, when looking at a door. E.g. "open door silently" while walking (probably also while in iron sights) and open door loudly while running
