[Feature] integrate @wgetJane's ttt-weapon-rework features
This is more or less a reminder for myself.
We've got the go-ahead to bring down the functionality from @wgetJane's weapon rework, and it makes a lot of worthwhile changes that should be integrated into the base equipment as an option under the F1 > Edit Equipment menu.
The major ones are:
- all the loose equipment changes
- gun kickback interpolation
- HUD helper for drawing meters should probably go in a library / extension
- third-person ADS / scope visualization, similar to these sprint animations
This was also alluded to by #1100. Could also fix #964. Would include changes for #1059. A yet-unscoped weapon editor feature is probably a subset of the changes that will be involved in this task so potentially spitball or link those here.
Additional Notes
- weapon_ttt_beacon is broken, entity
ttt_beaconis missing upstream, so we have to bring it down. - We also have the go-ahead to include anything from Misc TTT tweaks and fixes but not all of those pertain to equipment. Might be more relevant when I start to move loose SMORE features out and into the code.
