[Feature Request] Add a config for making ATG the default world type

Based on this commit from Quark, it'd be nice if modpack developers could set this up for their players. Doesn't need to be forced, simply have it set as "ATG" instead of "Default" in the world creation options, unless changed :smile:

I was going to say "I'm not sure how" but you covered that one with the Quark info. Not sure what to do about servers, though.

I'll add it when I do the other config stuff.
