[Radarr] Remove/Investigate `TnP` from `[HQ]` + `[HD Bluray Tier 01]` because they removed the AC3 audio from TrueHD ?

Did some research they have 3 releases with TrueHD and only 1 of them has the AC3 core audio missing. So for now i won't be removing them.
