[Bug] (Starr French): add `CAN` to the `VFQ` CF for `Canadian` audio language

also CAN should be added for HDBits. It's basically VFQ

This is still in testing as it appears to sometimes make false positive

This one seems to be a little difficult to fully implement: Radarr: No problem seen as "CAN" is only used after the year so parsed normally. Sonarr: This one is more complicated. As soon as the name of the episode possess a "can" in it, we go it flagged by VFQ. We are still trying to figure but if someone as a good idea let me know.
